Family Ministries at LifeChurch
At LifeChurch, family is at the heart of who we are. We believe our children should grow up experiencing the joy of worshiping with their families while also receiving teaching that’s designed just for them. That’s why our Family Ministries are built to give kids the best of both worlds—being part of the larger church family and growing in their own age-appropriate services.
Our Weekly Rhythm
Each week looks a little different, so kids and youth experience both the main worship service and their own gatherings. Our LifeKids program is offered to children ages 4-12. Our LifeYouth classes are offered to grades 7-10. Here’s what you can expect:
Week One: Families In Service Together
Children and youth stay in service, including worship music, singing, and the teaching portion.
Week Two: LifeKids & LifeYouth
LifeKids & LifeYouth (Grade 7/8)
Children and youth stay in service during the worship music and singing, then are dismissed to their class before the teaching portion of the service begins.
Week Three: LifeKids & LifeYouth
LifeKids & LifeYouth (Grade 9/10)
Children and youth stay in service during the worship music and singing, then are dismissed to their class before the teaching portion of the service begins.
Week Four: LifeKids & LifeYouth
LifeKids: Children are checked in and then attend age-appropriate classes immediately, enjoying fun, interactive teaching and activities designed for their age group.
LifeYouth (Grade 7/8): Youth stay in service during the worship music and singing, then are dismissed to their class before the teaching portion of the service begins.
Week Five: Family Sunday
When a month has five Sundays, we do something special! Our Family Sunday is designed for all ages—kids, youth, and adults. Expect interactive elements, creative teaching, and moments that bring every generation together in worship. It’s a service where children and youth aren’t just included—they’re highlighted.
LifeTots: 18 Months - 4 Years
We offer our LifeTots class each and every week of the month.
Tots are checked in and then attend age-appropriate classes immediately, enjoying fun, interactive teaching and activities designed for their age group.
Safe & Secure Check-In
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Every child attending LifeKids is checked in by their parent or guardian, and can only be checked out by the person with a secure checkout tag. Our check-in staff is ready to answer any questions you may have about weekly programming.
